Max Loh
Chairman
Mr Max Loh was EY’s Asean and Singapore Managing Partner for many years before his retirement in July 2022. A Chartered Accountant by training, he led and managed the professional services practices, providing strategic leadership on market, operations and people development.
Max is currently the Chairman of the Competition & Consumer Commission of Singapore and a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of Enterprise Singapore and Building & Construction Authority. He also serves on the boards/councils of SPH Media Holdings Ltd, CapitaLand Ascott Trust, ISCA Cares Ltd., CPA Australia (Singapore Division) and the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Abu Bakar Mohd Nor, BBM
Member
Mr Abu Bakar Mohd Nor, BBM, is the President of the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of M Kapital Holdings, Fin (S.E) Asia, Forward Energy Renewables, Forward Energy Resources and Vizzio Technologies. He is also a Board Member for Workstation (Co-Sharing Office), BDx Holdings and BDx Asia Data Centre, focusing on energy, digital technologies and consultancy having business across Southeast Asia, China, and the Middle East. Recently, he was appointed Global Investment Ambassador by the Guangdong-Macau In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.
Mr Bakar was awarded Singapore’s Commendation Medal (Military) in 2002, the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) in 2009, the Public Administration Medal Bronze (Military) in 2015 and the Public Service Star (Bintang Bakti Masyarakat) in 2022. He also received the Friends of Labor award from the National Trade Union Congress NTUC in 2022. Mr Bakar was appointed Justice of the Peace by the President of Singapore in 2023.
Benjamin Boh

Benjamin Boh is the Managing Director of McDonald’s Singapore. He first joined the McDonald’s system in 2013 as the Director of Strategy & Planning for the regional team, coordinating strategic plans and execution initiatives for Asia, Middle East and Australia. He relocated to Japan to lead business change by introducing new revenue streams for food delivery and modernizing the employee and customer experience in the McDonald’s restaurants. Ben moved back to Singapore to take on his next big challenge in 2019, starting as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing Operations, Human Resources and Real Estate Development, promoted to General Manager overseeing all departments in 2021 and took over the McDonald’s Singapore business as Managing Director from 2022
Outside of McDonald’s, Ben serves as the President of Restaurant Association of Singapore, Member of Advisory Council on Community Relations in Defence (ACCORD) and Board Member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).
Ernie Koh

Mr Ernie Koh is currently the Executive Director (Marketing) of Koda Ltd (listed in Singapore Stock Exchange 2001) and the Chairman of Commune Lifestyle Pte Ltd (100% subsidiary of Koda Ltd). Mr Koh manages the Group’s Sales and Marketing functions and has significant experience in international marketing and corporate branding. He helms the Group’s marketing initiatives, particularly in customer relationship management, client base diversification, trade fair participation, new product launches and marketing talent recruitment.
Mr Koh is also actively involved in the business and creative communities. Mr Koh served as President of the Singapore Furniture Industries Council (“SFIC”). He is currently Chairman of International Furniture Fair Singapore Pte Ltd and the SFIC Finance Advisory Committee. He is also Chairman of SFIC’s Local Enterprise and Association Development (“LEAD”) Programme for SFIC, a multi-agency program that partners industry associations to enhance industry and enterprise competitiveness. He was also appointed Co-Chairman of the Independent Experts Panel for the Furniture Industry by Enterprise Singapore.
Mr Koh holds a BSc. in Marketing from the University of Oregon (USA) and an MBA in International Marketing from the San Francisco State University (USA).
Ervin Yeo

Ervin Yeo is the Group Chief Strategy Officer at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), responsible for developing and executing CLI’s strategies globally. He is concurrently CEO, Commercial Management, China and Southeast Asia, responsible for CLI’s commercial and asset management business across China and Southeast Asia, which includes integrated development, retail, office, business park and logistics.
Previously, Ervin was Southeast Asia Managing Director for the Ascott Limited, the Group’s lodging arm, driving operational performance and business growth of properties in these countries. He was concurrently in charge of Strategic Planning for Ascott.
Ervin holds a degree in Ethics, Politics & Economics from Yale University, USA.
Jeannie Lim

Ms Jeannie Lim is Assistant Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Singapore, overseeing the Lifestyle & Consumer cluster. Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development. The agency works with committed companies to build capabilities, innovate and internationalise. It also supports the growth of Singapore as a hub for global trading and startups, and builds trust in Singapore’s products and services through quality and standards.
Before that, Ms Lim led the Singapore Exhibition and Convention Bureau in securing a strong pipeline of business events and ensuring Singapore’s position as a top international convention and meetings city. In 2017, she received the IMEX Academy Award (Asia Pacific) for her outstanding contribution to the meetings industry. Ms Lim was also previously Director of the Attractions and Tourism Concept Development divisions in STB, overseeing the master planning and development of key tourism zones and attractions.
Ms Lim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney and Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and Nanyang Technological University jointly. She also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Ms Lim was conferred the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2022.
Jesline Goh

Ms Jesline Goh has more than 20 years of extensive experience in real estate across the entire value chain from fund management, investment, development, asset management to leasing and property management. She has held senior positions at Singapore’s major real estate development and investment companies, including CapitaLand Group, Perennial Real Estate Holding Limited and UOL Group Limited. Most recently, she was the Managing Director – Development at The Lo & Behold Group where she was instrumental in creating the first creative lifestyle cluster at the integrated development along Kim Yam Road Singapore. Ms Goh is currently the Managing Partner & CEO of Greenwillow Asset Management, which is part of Greenwillow Group’s private equity fund and asset management business that includes CMS-licensed fund management company, Greenwillow Capital Management Pte Ltd. She will be responsible for driving the group’s real estate private equity fund and asset management business.

His broad expertise in research and consulting, coupled with his wide-ranging experience across commercial, government and non-profit organisations, gives him an excellent overview of the industry.

He has created many business transformations, as well as new initiatives such as Heartland Tours and Explorer Series. His programmes brought forth more footfall to Singapore’s heartlands and improved the heartland businesses, especially during the Pandemic.
